Order
We request information from the user on our order form such as contact and billing information when making a purchase. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer’s order. If we have difficulty processing an order, this contact information is used to communicate with the customer.

Shipping Policy
Beautiful Forever is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances. In the event that a wrong or incomplete shipping information is provided, customer will be liable for all additional shipping fees incurred.
Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care at [email protected] within one (1) hour of your order placement.
Beautiful Forever is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Our items are delivered through Registered Post. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
All orders for in-stock products will be shipped out within 1-3 working days from the date that payment is authorised and verified, not from the date that it is placed. Please note that we do not ship on Weekends and Public Holidays.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Beautiful Forever reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited from our warehouses.
Pre-Order/ Backorder Items
For pre-order or backorder items, your order will take about 15-30 business days to fulfil as stated in the product page prior to adding to cart. If your order consists of both ready stock and pre-order items, whole order will be shipped upon pre-order item(s) arrivals. If you wish your ready stock to be shipped first, kindly contact us by email to [email protected] for further arrangement.
Taxation & Duties
- All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
- We ship your package with duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT/GST, duties and/or taxes during checkout.
- All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
- If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
- These fees are paid to the local carrier/customs and are not collected by us.

Return Policy
Our Return/Exchange Policy
For hygiene reason, Softlift is not returnable.
As and when we add more products which are not wearable items, we will be happy to exchange subject to the points below. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your receipt, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Item of exchange must be of the same value or of a higher value, for which the difference will need to be paid. No cash refund will be made should the item of exchange be of a lower value.
Only for applicable cases, we need you to provide us the following:
Please return the item(s) in its original packaging.
Item(s) must be returned within 7 days upon receipt.
Item(s) must be returned unworn, untried, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, free of stains, make-up or deodorant, and all with original tags attached.
Please do not send your products back to the sender address before you are given approval. You are required to seek approval by Emailing us at [email protected] for assistance.
Unless a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, the shipping cost of returning the item(s) is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable.
Beautiful Forever will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.
Exchange Process
You are to enclose a copy of the Email showing the tracking reference code when returning the item(s).
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you on the receipt of item(s) and the approval or rejection of your exchange request. We do not offer exchange for used items.
If your exchange is approved, then it will be processed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process the exchange once the returned items arrived at our warehouse. For all exchange kindly contact, us for the shipping fees. All item(s) must be returned in the original condition unaltered, unworn and unwashed.
Please ensure to obtain and send us a ‘proof of postage’ by indicating the courier company used and tracking number via email to [email protected]. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Beautiful Forever.

Your well-being is our priority and in light of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we have implemented further precautionary measures to our already high standards and hygiene practices.

Ensuring Beautiful Forever and our partners are maintaining a healthy and clean environment by increasing the frequency of cleanings across our business chain and establishing a dedicated Team to closely monitor the ever-evolving situation in real time based on World Health Organisation and Government advice so we can respond immediately.
At Beautiful Forever we are working hard to deliver to our customers in these difficult times. We are however, experiencing significant delivery delays in our network due to limited flights, and social distancing requirements.
